Payment

When you are ready to proceed, simply click the “Buy Now” button on the Chrono24 listing. Payment may be made via credit card or wire transfer. There is no financial advantage to either method, so buyers are welcome to choose whichever option is most convenient. Once payment is completed, Chrono24 will hold the funds securely in escrow until delivery is confirmed.

Inspection & Quality Control

Prior to shipment, each watch undergoes a thorough inspection, including verification of timekeeping performance and a detailed review of the case and bracelet to ensure it matches the listing description. All watches are packed securely in their respective boxes to ensure safe transit.

Shipping

Once payment is confirmed, orders typically ship within 48 hours, unless alternative arrangements have been discussed in advance.

For U.S. buyers: Due to insurance requirements, we are unable to ship to residential addresses. All shipments must be sent to a business address or shipped via FedEx Hold for Pickup at the nearest FedEx facility. If a residential address is provided, the shipment will automatically be redirected to Hold for Pickup at the closest FedEx location.

Returns

Upon delivery, buyers have two weeks to inspect their timepiece. If the watch is not as described or does not function properly, it may be returned for a full refund. During this inspection period, funds remain in Chrono24 escrow, and any approved refund is issued directly by Chrono24.

Returns are accepted only if the watch is returned in the same condition as shipped, with all original accessories, documentation, and packaging. Watches that have been worn, used, or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Taxes

Chrono24 automatically calculates, collects, and remits sales tax based on your country, state, county, or ZIP code at checkout. While we can provide an estimate upon request, the final amount is determined and charged by Chrono24. Unfortunately, we have no ability to adjust or remove sales tax.

International Shipping

We strive to ship worldwide; however, insurance restrictions may limit shipping to certain countries. If this applies to your location, we will notify you promptly. All watches are declared at full value, and international buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes upon arrival in their country. We do our best to ensure a smooth and transparent international shipping process.
