Returns
We gladly offer a full refund of the purchase price if you return your item to us within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us for a return authorization. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless there is a defect of the item being returned. For a seamless return process, we kindly ask you to inspect your timepiece as soon as it arrives before removing any tags/factory tape or wearing it. Once the watch has been worn, sized, or the tags/factory tape has been removed, we regrettably will be unable to accept the returned item.
